'Mmm, you sound like me' Sydney murmured quietly, pleased when he kissed her, but bothered when he pulled away, simply because she enjoyed the feeling of his lips pressed to hers.
'I only come here for hot chocolate, and only when I'm impatient' She admitted with a smile. Hot chocolate was her favorite drink, and normally she made her own, but sometimes when she was out she'd get a craving, like she had today, and Starbucks was normally the solution.
'Perhaps I'll have to treat you to a latte occasionally, now that I know you only have one on the rare occasion'

Lysander shook his head, kissing her again, "I like to buy my own. Helps remind me why I don't do it all the time if I know just how expensive they are," He smiled, then firmly planted his lips on hers, though still kissing her gently. He decided, in that moment, that he felt like kissing her. Not like making out, or having sex, just kissing. Gentle kissing that, if it led to something more, would be fine, but if it stayed the way it was, would also be okay. He was fine just kissing, and he sort of felt like it.

Sydney had been about to protest, to tell him that she liked to buy gifts for people she cared about, people she liked, when his lips had appeared on hers. It was obvious, this time, that they were there to stay, despite the gentleness of the kiss.
She didn't really hesitate, since it was what she'd wanted, pushing her face up towards his, kissing him back in that same gentle, and yet persistent manner. She didn't try and get closer to him, instead just reaching her hands up, clasping them behind his neck as she got comfortable.
